01
Governance comes first, not last
The board, its confidence thresholds, its audit requirements and its authority to stop a pipeline are defined before a single production component is built. Retrofitting controls onto a system that was never designed to carry them costs more and convinces no one.
02
A named human holds every approval
No model and no automation commits a final configuration, alters contracted data, or bypasses verification. Deterministic business rules run independently of, and take precedence over, any model output. Below the confidence threshold, work is quarantined to a person — never advanced quietly.
03
Evidence before estimates
We will not quote a savings figure before the baseline has been measured. Discovery is scoped and priced on its own, and produces auditable numbers. What comes after is priced from those numbers — not from an assumption written to win the work.
04
You own everything we produce
Process maps, future-state blueprints, the baseline dataset, the governance charter — yours, including if you read the findings and decide to stop. A discovery engagement that leaves you dependent on the consultant has failed at its job.
